      Thank you.. but it is allowing only the first page to print and rest of the pages are showing white giving a message that"an error exists on displaying the pages. Acrobat may not work correctly. please contact the person who has created this pdf" Can you kindly help

      Sorry, but I am not aware of the problem. May be it's Acrobat. You can try some other software.

      Actually I meant to ask, are there all chapters pdf? Like are they merged or what, because I see only 77 chapters whereas there are almost 90 chaps.
